This project was designed as a 36,000 SF senior housing facility for the Kodiak Island Housing Authority. It consists of 30 apartment units that vary in size and features on three different levels. The apartments are one and two bedroom units, four of which are completely ADA accessible. Two additional efficiency units were provided for overnight guests seeking medical attention in Kodiak. The facility also has a lobby, lounge, and activity area.
