The scope of work was a single story, 14,435 sq.ft. wood framed retail center. The 8 unit building project in Anchorage Alaska also added on to a partially existing basement to create a storage area (6,014 sq.ft.). The remainder of the building was built upon a
conventional foundation. This project was designed for a design-build type of procurement, with the owner as the general contractor
