Rohde & Associates provided Construction Documents and administration for the GBR Anchorage – addition/ renovation located in Anchorage, Alaska. Rohde & Associates turned 933 square feet of open warehouse floor space into a 2-story 1,633 square feet interior addition expanding the office portion of the facility by four offices and a new file room. Simultaneously, the exterior upgrade/ renovation provided new pre-finished metal siding, split-faced stacked stone wainscot, and color schemes to refresh and revitalize the dilapidated facility. Part of the renovation was to replace all the windows and doors throughout the building with new high efficiency PVC framed windows and insulated steel doors.
