Rohde & Associates provided the master planning services as well a feasibility study.
The phase one addition (17,746 sq.ft.) includes a new sanctuary, an extended lobby, a new artic entry, new church and pastor offices, new youth ministry room, new restroom at main lobby, new movable partition between new and old sanctuary, new water storage tank in basement, and site grading.
Phase two reutilizes 90% of the existing structure (14,306 sq.ft.) and includes a new commercial kitchen and pantry, new storage room, conversion of classrooms into a library, conversion of existing sanctuary into a fellowship hall, and an addition of an elevator.
The third and final phase (42,886 sq. ft.) encompasses the addition of a new gymnasium, new locker rooms, new concession kitchen, new storage room, new associate pastor office, and sub dividing the basement into multiple classrooms.
