Rohde Architects is currently providing the construction documents for the erection of a new 3,560 square foot restaurant, to be located on the Airport Way frontage road in Fairbanks, Alaska. This contemporarily designed restaurant features an efficiently designed commercial kitchen coupled with an intuitive, spacious dining room, bar, and outside eating area with modern and efficient finishes and equipment. The design concept provides a spacious interior dining room to serve up to 85 patrons year round. While it is impractical to maintain an outside eating area during the winter off season in Fairbanks, the 1,165 square foot al fresco seating area can allow operations to expand to serve an additional 77 patrons when most needed in the peak summer tourist season.
