Rohde & Associates re-designed the former congested and cross-traffic prone commercial kitchen of the E.R. Ale House, and transformed it into the fully functional space it is today. By designing a new open-air aesthetically pleasing pizza and salad station in the dining room, and spreading out and re-aligning the cook line, prep line, platting line, and scullery areas in the new directional flow kitchen practical to serve the restaurant effectively and efficiently.
