The Gladys Wood Elementary exterior upgrade project consisted of an evaluation of the existing windows and doors, preparation of construction documents, and coordination with the design team. Architectural, Structural and Hazardous Materials engineering were required in the design. Emphasis was placed on energy efficiency, natural lighting and ease of maintenance. This project also required modifications to the front entry storefront system, a partial roof replacement and repair of a damaged CMU Wall
