DILLINGHAM COURTHOUSE

DILLINGHAM, ALASKA

Rohde & Associates provided Construction Documents for the new courthouse building and tenant improvement located in Dillingham, Alaska. The scope of work consisted of a 7,637 square foot wood framed structure with an all-weather wood crawlspace foundation. The facility houses two courtrooms, two holding cells, two jury rooms, sound locks, several administrative offices, and the infrastructure to support day to day operations. This facility was designed to meet or exceed all the strict sound, security, and program requirements of the Alaska Court System. The class “A” interior finish material and color selection scheme was also assembled by Rohde & Associates.
