Rohde & Associates provided Construction Documents for the Summit Office Trailers to be located in various locations on the North Slope of Alaska.
The scope of work consisted of the design and layout of nineteen individual modular office units varying in size and shape per individual leasers requirements, from 280 square feet up to 576 square feet in size. These stud-framed modular units were designed to meet the general contractors strict design criteria, in rapid succession, then passed through the State Fire Marshal pending individual deferred site plan and exiting stair review.
