Rohde & Associates provided design services for the assessment and construction documents required to construct this bread/ sandwich shop. The scope of work for the renovation of a bare core and shell space, approximately 2,280 sq.ft., of the Bella Vista Retail Center located just north of the intersection of Diamond Blvd. and the Old Seward Highway in Anchorage, Alaska. The renovation of the building required coordinated Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering services for the completed design.
