Rohde & Associates provided Construction Documents for the Brice Equipment Repair facility located in Deadhorse, Alaska. The scope of work consisted of a 21,000 square foot pre-engineered steel framed structure with a concrete foundation, and slab on grade floor with thermo-syphon and pile underpinning. A 3,000 square foot mezzanine was also engineered for the project.
This building includes a 3,000 square foot wash bay, 15,000 square feet of work bays, and 6,000 square feet of combined offices and parts storage areas. A new onsite septic system and domestic water system was provided to serve the new Brice Equipment building.
