Rohde & Associates provided the construction documents and support services to the owner and general contractor of the Gallo Center, insuring the Municipality of Anchorage’s large retail establishment conditions were met or exceeded. Also addressed and coordinated very particular related concerns by the public zoning commission. This facility contains eighteen commercial lease spaces (42,250 sq.ft.) of varying sizes and a second floor area to house the facilities’ administrative offices (4,624 sq.ft.).
