Rohde & Associates provided design services for the assessment and construction documents required to construct this dental surgery clinic. The clinic and supporting infrastructure were designed to meet or exceed hospital standards for air quality and clean ability.
The scope of work for the renovation was the an 1st floor suite, of approximately 1,915 sq.ft., in the Eagle River Professional Plaza located at 12711 Old Glenn Highway in Eagle River, Alaska. The facility is handicap accessible, and complies with current codes for construction.
The renovation of the building required coordinated Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering services for the completed design. Alterations required modifications to most of the existing building's systems, and necessitated the addition of some roof mounted equipment which required some Structural engineering to analyze roof loads
