Rohde & Associates provided the design and construction administration services to construct the 9,756 square foot pre-manufactured metal building for the Valdez Fisheries Development Association. The construction was funded by EDA. The building contains a regulated constant temperature year round for the processing and distribution areas, and maintains five individual thermally broken freezer units, approximately 1,000 square feet each. The compressor units were installed just outside of the exterior wall with an extended eave and partial height enclosure walls to provide protection from the environment.
