The scope of work was to modify the provided duplex plan into a tri-plex. Some preliminary investigation was accomplished to determine that the building should fit on the proposed lot. Additionally, we modified the plan according to local code requirements, and incorporated required “Alaskan” modifications such as insulation, wind, and seismic upgrades.
