Rohde & Associates provided the design services as well as the construction administration to renovate the existing second floor space per DHSS child care service requirements. The 6,922 square foot tenant improvement houses six classrooms, administrative office areas, an employee break room, and supporting facilities. The ability to hold inside recess on days of inclement weather is made possible by a large open concept classroom area. The facility also has a large exterior playground designed for use by all the different age groups supported by the facility.
