Rohde & Associates designed fun and functional Avalanche frozen yogurt/ sandwich shop space located on the Old Glenn Highway. The public self-serve frozen yogurt and topping bar lines the perimeter of the dining area in a whimsical manner adding to the character. The back of house is adequate in size to sustain the sandwich making operations and scullery, and provides enough freezer space to operate the business for several months without re-stocking and also houses a separate party room available for rent to the cliental.
