Rohde & Associates provided Construction Documents and interior design for the new C Street Professional building located in Anchorage, Alaska. The building is a composite of a pre-engineered metal building and steel framed/ window wall construction, it will provide 8,715 square feet of industrial warehouse space and class “A” office space for the owner’s North Slope service business headquarters. The building is currently scheduled for construction in 2018-2019.
